Craig’s practice focuses exclusively on labor relations and employment law on behalf of employers and management. His practice includes Title VII and other employment discrimination litigation, FLSA and state wage and hour litigation, trade secrets and non-competition disputes, collective bargaining issues, and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his litigation and labor relations practice, Craig counsels employers on the myriad of employment issues that arise in the workplace. He has conducted investigations for employers in response to sexual harassment and other complaints made by employees, drafted and negotiated employment contracts on behalf of employers, and represented employers during the course of OFCCP, Department of Labor, and other government audits.
