Connor Campbell

Connor Campbell maintains a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on class action defence, infrastructure & construction disputes, and professional negligence matters. Connor has appeared before the Divisional Court, Superior Court, and before tribunals, arbitrators, and adjudicators.

Connor has acted for project owners, helping them to resolve urgent litigation matters, delay claims, and regulatory proceedings. Connor’s clients have included leading residential developers and commercial property owners. Connor has also assisted contractors and project consultants with lien matters, arbitrations, and commercial disputes.

Connor was called to the bar in 2021. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Connor articled and worked at McMillan LLP as a litigation associate, with a focus on construction law and class action defence.

Connor is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates’ Society.
