With nearly 30 years experience in property litigation and landlord and tenant advice Claire has built a specialist team of advisers whose clients include commercial and private landlords and tenants; property agents; associations and commercial entities in the leisure and retail sector nationwide. Claire has been a partner in the firm for 25 years and appears regularly in the County Court and Tribunals. Claire is keen to ensure an understanding of her clients needs at the outset of any matter and that the outcome of litigation is driven by that.
