Our Real Estate Litigation team deals with a wide range of property disputes for both residential and commercial properties, including: lease disagreements; dilapidations; landlord and tenant issues; development; property-related debt collection; agricultural land; neighbour disputes; lease renewals and rent reviews.

We provide an efficient, cost-effective solution, to achieve the right result for our clients without losing touch with their needs and goals. Where necessary, we are robust and ensure we are accessible for speedy, proactive advice. Our clients rely on our abilities, our approach and our know-how, as we act for an ever-increasing number of property professionals.

We work closely with our Real Estate team and assist their clients with various aspects of property transactions. We also provide in-house training to property and letting agents.
