Claire is a Partner with over 25 years’ experience in defending all types of personal injury claims.

She handles a wide range of complex and higher value claims, including workplace accidents, historic abuse, clinical negligence, sports injuries, product liability, occupational stress, harassment and bullying.

Claire also has considerable experience in dealing with claims with a cross border element and in working with lawyers in other jurisdictions.

She provides policy advice to both insurers and policyholders.
