She handles a wide range of complex and higher value claims, including workplace accidents, historic abuse, clinical negligence, sports injuries, product liability, occupational stress, harassment and bullying.
Claire also has considerable experience in dealing with claims with a cross border element and in working with lawyers in other jurisdictions.
She provides policy advice to both insurers and policyholders.

-Acting for a GP in connection with a £1M claim in connection with alleged clinical negligence leading to the patient suffering a loss of -sight.
-Acting for a local authority in connection with claims arising from alleged historic sexual abuse of school pupils by a teacher.
