  • Defending a multi-national power company in a £16million public liability claim for damages arising from a fall from two stacked portacabins where the pursuer was rendered tetraplegic.
  • £8million road traffic case where the pursuer, a self-employed land and renewables consultant, sustained catastrophic injuries including tetraplegia.
  • £4.5million Court of Session action arising out of an accident on a construction site, resulting in chronic pain issues to high earning self-employed pursuer.
  • AIG - £2.7million Court action arising from an accident at work, in which the pursuer suffered a serious crush injury.
