Claire specialises in the energy and infrastructure sector, advising clients on public law, regulation and projects and representing clients in legal proceedings. With knowledge of administrative law and her energy sector expertise, she provides her clients with a unique and invaluable skillset.

In the field of public law, Claire focuses on market regulation, public enforcement, environmental law and spatial planning matters. In addition to advising clients on the regulatory aspects (including permitting) of infrastructure and energy projects, she also represents clients in negotiations with regulatory authorities at all levels of government, and in litigation, before civil and administrative courts. Claire’s transaction portfolio covers mergers and acquisitions, and controlled auctions within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
