Career

Claire is a Partner and the Team Leader of Bromley Conveyancing Department. She re-joined the firm in September 2022, having left in 2016 to join Thomson Snell & Passmore.

Claire has built up a strong reputation in Bromley and the South-East for dealing with complex property matters, High Net Worth clients, and general conveyancing matters. The majority of her work comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Claire prides herself in having a pragmatic and forward-thinking approach to ensure transactions reach a satisfactory conclusion for all parties involved.

She is a problem solver and often uses her vast experience to enable transactions to progress when they would otherwise reach an impasse.

Personal

When not working, Claire is a keen baker and cook – spending many hours in the kitchen with her teenage son.
