Work Highlights
Advising on the sale or a recently built Property where the title was subject to a historic overage Agreement with the Police Commissioners that required consent and variation.
Selling matrimonial properties for divorcing parties which requires a sensitive but firm approach to avoid ongoing conflict between vendors. Ensure the matters proceeds amicably dispute numerous hurdles to the satisfaction of all parties involved
Transferring parcels of land between companies for redevelopment purposes, ensuring all necessary rights were retained and no onerous covenants preventing the clients proposed redevelopment.
