Claire is a Partner and Head of the firm’s Bromley Residential Conveyancing Team. With over 20 years’ experience, Claire provides specialist advice and guidance in relation to all residential property matters.

Claire has a strong reputation in Bromley and the South-East for dealing with particularly complex property matters, High Net Worth clients, and general conveyancing matters.

Claire is pragmatic and forward-thinking in her approach, and she ensures that her transactions and those of her team, reach a desired conclusion for all parties involved. This often means working with other lawyers and third parties to find a commercial solution to ensure the matters proceed for all parties involved.

Claire is thorough, but her years of experience enables her to discern what issues each individual client is particularly worried about to ensure those are addressed fully. Property investment is a huge financial decision and one that Claire encourages clients to make on a fully informed basis, but with realistic advice around what is likely to be an issue in the future.

Claire has a strong family/home life so when not working she can be found walking, baking/cooking or watching movies with her husband and son.

Selling matrimonial properties for divorcing parties which requires a sensitive but firm approach to avoid ongoing conflict between vendors. Ensure the matters proceeds amicably dispute numerous hurdles to the satisfaction of all parties involved

Transferring parcels of land between companies for redevelopment purposes, ensuring all necessary rights were retained and no onerous covenants preventing the clients proposed redevelopment.
