Specialising in Leasehold Enfranchisement, our team (one of the biggest outside Central London) achieves exceptional client results in this complex and niche area. We're actively involved in leasehold reform, advising on the new 2024 Act and are active members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners and the Association of Residential Managing Agents.
