Claire has specialised in medical negligence since 2009. She undertakes a broad range of medical negligence cases and has particular experience in cases arising from negligent obstetric care, including those involving children who have suffered cerebral palsy and erb’s palsy following complications during labour, and cases where negligent obstetric care has resulted in maternal injuries.

Claire also specialises in acting for the families of those who have died as a result of medical negligence, including representation at inquests and claims arising from psychological injury for surviving family members who have experienced trauma second-hand.
