He has litigated and arbitrated matters involving real estate acquisitions and development, energy transmission and construction contracts, information technology migration and deployment matters, C-level employment disputes, land use and environmental cases, insurance coverage claims, and civil investigative demands and qui tam/false claims act matters brought against corporations. He practices in courts throughout Massachusetts, as well as in New York and Texas, and has appeared pro hac vice in matters in several other states. His core clients include energy companies, real estate developers, technology companies, and healthcare organizations.
