Christopher Anthony is Co-Chair of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and a member of the Private Equity Group. He has worked extensively on acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for both private equity and corporate clients.
Mr. Anthony joined the firm in 2009. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2009, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a B.A. from Duke University in 2005. Mr. Anthony is a member of the Bar of New York.
