Christine is renowned for her seminal work on employment law, For Better or For Worse: A Practical Guide to Canadian Employment Law. Co-authored with the late Mr. Justice Randall Scott Echlin, and currently in its third edition, the text is an essential resource for human resource professionals and students across Canada.
Christine also co-authored, along with Partner Janice Rubin, the definitive textbook, Human Resources Guide to Workplace Investigations, now in its second edition.

With 22 years of experience, she has become a trusted advisor to senior human resource professionals, providing counsel on pursuing employee relationships that support her clients’ business objectives. Christine is renowned for her knowledge, strategic and innovative thinking and ability to provide solutions to challenging workplace issues. In addition to this, Christine develops Rubin Thomlinson’s extensive training curriculum under RT Workplace Training Inc. (“RTWT”), enabling employers to conduct effective workplace investigations themselves under increasing regulatory scrutiny. Christine also develops and trains organizations with our vast suite of Respectful Workplace Training modules.
