Christiaan has gained broad experience in the Life Sciences sector. Christiaan is the "go-to adviser in the field of public takeovers" (Chambers Europe 2022: Corporate/M&A: High-end Capability) and a "go-to for both contested and friendly public M&A deals" (Legal 500, "Hall of Fame" 2022). Christiaan has published the comprehensive text book on Dutch public takeovers. He is a fellow at the Business & Law Research Centre of the Van der Heijden institution for corporate law of the Nijmegen University and a member of the ABA and the American Bar Foundation.
