The firm's senior partner and also a partner in the employment team dealing with the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment work; experienced tribunal advocate and adviser to a number of multinational companies based in the USA and Europe. In 1998 was seconded to US firm, Steel Hector Davis. Chair of the firm’s international committee and a member of the firm’s board of management.

Regular contributor to the 'Employment Law Journal' and 'HR Director' magazine; author on a chapter on European Works Councils for 'International Employment Law' published by the Centre for International Legal Studies.


Attended City University (1983 BSc Hons); Wolsey Hall, Oxford (1990 CPE); University of the West of England (1991 LSF Hons). Speaks basic French. Leisure interests include sailing, skiing, music and walking.
