Chris is a seasoned corporate restructuring and insolvency lawyer, trusted by clients for his ability to navigate complex multi-party insolvency matters and high-stakes debt restructurings. He regularly advises secured creditors, court-appointed officers and debtor companies, offering strategic guidance on both domestic and cross-border matters, including distressed M&A, debt enforcement, and debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings. In addition to his insolvency practice, Chris has extensive experience in managing construction lien litigation and advises lenders, contractors, property owners and other industry participants in resolving construction disputes. Having served as general counsel at a venture capital company, Chris offers a unique perspective on the legal challenges faced by businesses, with firsthand insight into the client's viewpoint.
