I deal with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law, advising on matters including employment tribunal claims, redundancy, capability and misconduct procedures, employment documentation, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

I act for range of businesses and clients including retailers, technology companies and in-house counsel.

I have particular experience with fast growth businesses, regularly advising on employment status issues and in putting in place appropriate employment documentation.

I also frequently deliver training and speak at seminars on topical employment law subjects.
