Charles Wynn-Evans is a partner, the Firm’s International General Counsel and an employment lawyer with extensive experience of all aspects of employment law and practice. He is also chair of the pro bono committee of the firm’s London office. He trained with the firm, was admitted as a solicitor in 1992 and has been a partner at the firm since 1997.
Mr. Wynn-Evans has written regularly on employment law issues for a variety of journals and is the author of The Law of TUPE Transfers (Oxford University Press, third edition, 2022). Mr. Wynn-Evans is a CEDR accredited mediator and a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Law Society of England and Wales, a fellow of the RSA, a Liveryman of the City of London Solicitors’ Company, and a Freeman of the City of London.
