David Cho focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions, and other corporate matters. He represents major multinational companies, including many of the leading Korean conglomerates, on a broad range of global projects, transactions and disputes. Mr. Cho has been consistently recognized as one of the top lawyers for corporate/M&A work in South Korea for many years. He is often involved in the most complex and visible transactions in Asia, including recently representing SK hynix, Inc. on its role in the acquisition of Toshiba Corporation’s NAND flash memory and solid-state drive business.
