These include mortgage-backed securities and securitizations of marketplace loans; credit card, trade, lease and consumer finance receivables; auto loans; export credit agency (ECA) loans; emerging market “future flows”; and the structuring of CLOs, REITs, EETCs, catastrophe bonds, cash and synthetic collateralized debt obligations, and various derivative instruments and structured products.
