Chuck Hodges focuses on federal tax controversy and litigation. Chuck has handled more than 125 cases against the IRS involving all areas of tax law, including partnership tax, R&D credits, and transfer pricing. He has been involved in tax litigation cases in venues such as the U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Court of Federal Claims; U.S. District Courts throughout the country; and Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, Ninth and Eleventh Circuits. Chuck is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel and the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel.
