Chaiyee has deep experience advising on the full spectrum of employment law and incentives-related issues arising out of cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in the Asia-Pacific region. She regularly advises multi-national corporations, global tech companies and financial institutions and sponsors in the areas of restraint of trade, employee exits, settlements, termination entitlements, redundancies and employee incentive arrangements. Chaiyee also has extensive experience in providing invaluable and pragmatic advice on sensitive, high-voltage matters, including matters involving regulator and union engagement, and lends her years of expertise to conducting performance-related reviews and employee investigations in respect of sexual harassment, discrimination, disputes and other misconduct.
