Cesare De Falco

Cesare De Falco graduated in law in 2007 from Bocconi University in Milan. He attended a post-graduate course in employment law at Università Statale di Milano in 2010. Cesare was a member of the Employment department of BonelliErede in the Milan office from 2007 to 2015, and in 2011 he was seconded to Slaughter and May in London. Cesare joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in July 2015.

He advises national and international clients on all aspects of employment and labour law, and he has gained significant experience of advising on management of relationship with top managers, corporate crises, including mass redundancies, corporate reorganisation for extraordinary transactions, drafting of employment and agency contracts, and litigation.
