Caroline is dual qualified to practise in Scotland and England & Wales and specialises in contentious construction law within the construction and engineering sectors. She has wide range of experience in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation. Caroline regularly advises and assists clients with the management of their disputes.

Caroline also heads up Burness Paull’s Building Safety Group. She has advised a number of clients on cladding/render and building safety issues arising out of significant legislative changes following Grenfell.
