Caroline-Ariane Bernier is a partner in our Labour & Employment Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on supporting employers under both provincial and federal regulations across various industries, including mining, manufacturing and the banking sectors.
Caroline-Ariane regularly appears before administrative and civil courts. She also provides strategic advice on all aspects of employer-employee relations and labour relations, including matters of terminations, restrictive covenants, human rights, pay equity, and in the interpretation and application of individual contracts and collective bargaining agreements. She is frequently called upon to support our teams in corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and business sales operations.
Québec Bar, 2016 and Law Society of Ontario in 2020.
Caroline-Ariane Bernier is a member of the Québec Bar, the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and the Canadian Bar Association.
Caroline-Ariane was on the executive committee of the Québec CBA’s Young Lawyers Committee, sat on the Board of Directors of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Soccer Association and on the Board of Directors of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers – Québec Division (FAAC-Québec). She was also a project supervisor for Pro Bono Québec.
