Caroline-Ariane regularly appears before administrative and civil courts. She also provides strategic advice on all aspects of employer-employee relations and labour relations, including matters of terminations, restrictive covenants, human rights, pay equity, and in the interpretation and application of individual contracts and collective bargaining agreements. She often represents employers in health and safety matters. She is frequently called upon to support our teams in corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and business sales operations.
