Practice Areas

Caroline-Ariane Bernier is an associate in our Labour & Employment Group in Montréal. She represents and provides strategic advice to employers in a variety of sectors, including mining, transportation, financial institutions, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and universities.

She represents clients before administrative tribunals and the civil courts and during collective bargaining. She also advises clients on a variety of matters such as labour standards, occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, human rights, wrongful dismissals, pay equity, restrictive covenants and collective agreements, and is frequently engaged as a subject matter specialist on corporate transactions.

Caroline-Ariane Bernier is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Québec Bar, the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and the Canadian Bar Association.

Caroline-Ariane was on the executive committee of the Québec CBA’s Young Lawyers Committee, sat on the Board of Directors of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Soccer Association and on the Board of Directors of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers – Québec Division (FAAC-Québec). She was also a project supervisor for Pro Bono Québec.
