Her professional practice focuses on advising local and foreign companies in matters of individual labor law, collective, social security and immigration. She has experience representing companies in labor disputes. Carolina is equally dedicated in the attention of consultations on all matters of labor law. She has a vast experience in matters related to local and foreign mergers and acquisitions.

Carolina has a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2005). She also has a Postgraduate Degree in Administrative Law (2007) and Labor Law (2009) from the same institution. Besides, she has a Master’s Degree in International and European Labor Law from Tilburg University (2010) and a Labor Law Specialization from Universidad de Salamanca (2014).
