Career

Carly is a specialist commercial healthcare lawyer advising all types of healthcare organisations across the sector (NHS, independent sector, social care, voluntary sector, primary care and suppliers to the market) on all and any commercial matters, contracts, transactions and partnering arrangements. Carly also supports her clients with international expansion and partnering and new entrants to the UK health market.

Carly is recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers as a specialist in the Healthcare sector with comments from clients such as: “always willing to go the extra yard and someone who’s judgement I value very highly” and as consistently offering “an exceptionally high level of support” and combining “expertise with relationship skills, insight and humour”.

Carly works on all commercial and contractual matters across the sector with specialist knowledge in partnering arrangements, Integrated Care Systems, NHS Private Patient Units and exporting her clients’ healthcare expertise overseas.
