Mr. Creel obtained his Law Degree (JD) from Escuela Libre de Derecho (1984) and a Postgraduate Management Degree (AD-2 Program) from IPADE (2018). He was Foreign Associate at the New York office of Shearman & Sterling during 1984 and 1985.
