Mexico City, March 2021.- Creel Abogados, through its partner Gustavo Struck Creel and the associate Luis Brieño, advised Financiera Auxi S.A De C.V., S.F.P. (“Auxi”) in the sale the 80% of its capital stock to a Private Investment fund.

Auxi is a Mexican financial entity, authorized by the National Banking and Securities Commission, to operate as a Popular Financial Society on July 5, 2007, starting its operations in the Popular Savings and Credit Sector in the Mexican Republic. Its main activities are raising money from the market and granting loans.

We participate as advisors to the shareholders of Auxi in the sale of 80% (eighty percent) of its capital stock to a private investment fund. The operation was particularly complicated because Auxi is a company regulated by Condusef (being a Sofipo) and because of the situation Covid.

Additionally, Auxi was made up of several shareholders who were not related to each other, so the operation was complicated even in internal negotiations.

Other firms involved: Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, through Antonio Casas Vessi.
