Corporate/M&A is one of our structural areas of expertise. Our Corporate/M&A Practice is formed by eight partners highly experienced and with solid transactional knowledge across different sectors and industries -regulated and unregulated-. We represent Mexican and international purchasers and sellers (ranging from closely-held family companies to companies listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange, and from international companies entering for their first time the Mexican market to multinationals with a wide and established presence in our country), as well as their financial advisors, in an ample range of M&A transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of minority or controlling equity positions, and tangible and intangible assets, negotiated and leveraged acquisitions, private and public bidding processes, corporate restructurings, as well as joint ventures and strategic alliances. Our team includes partners and associates specializing in the Private Equity industry. We represent risk capital and private equity investment funds in a wide array of transactions, including the creation of funds, the structuring of investment and management vehicles, investments and acquisitions of minority and controlling positions, as well as liquidity events.
