Andrés Nieto specializes in Banking and Finance Law, Capital Markets, Corporate Law, including Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity, and Arbitration. For more than 20 years, Andrés has developed an extensive professional practice that has allowed him to consolidate a leadership position in the Mexican transactional market, representing business groups, financial institutions and private equity funds in transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, including secured financing and syndicated lending, reorganizations, restructurings and work-outs, regulatory compliance (particularly anti-money laundering), as well as representing issuers and investment banks in a broad range of public and private transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and cross-border securities offerings.

Ernesto Saldate specializes in Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Arbitration. His practice encompasses advising and representing national and foreign companies in all types of complex litigation, before local and federal courts, including constitutional, administrative, civil, and commercial litigation. In addition, our practice includes the representation of clients in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration, participating in ad hoc procedures and before the main administrative institutions, both national and foreign. In coordination with our Corporate Practice, Ernesto represents clients in the design and implementation of prevention, management and remedial programs for regulatory compliance in anti-corruption, data privacy, antitrust, anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance in general, as well as in related audit and investigation procedures.

César Morales specializes in Corporate Law, including M&A, Real Estate, and Financial Law as well is in Gaming Law and Sports Law. César has over 20 years of experience in prestigious Mexican law firms, and throughout his active professional career, he has advised domestic and foreign clients in establishing their operations in Mexico, as well as in a wide variety of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, in fund formation and real estate projects, as well as in all types of financing transactions. Cesar had the opportunity to work in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP as a Visiting Attorney.

Diego Valdes has more than 19 years of professional experience advising and representing foreign and domestic clients in sophisticated transactions, particularly M&A, private equity, corporate governance, complex commercial contracting, and structured banking and finance deals. He has led several projects in Mexico, the USA, Europe, Asia, and Latin America in myriad industries and sectors. Diego advises clients to draft and structure all types of agreements, including, without limitation, trust agreements, purchase agreements of any type of asset, shareholders agreements, credit agreements, pledge and mortgage agreements, and lease agreements. Before joining Creel Abogados, Diego worked in the M&A and corporate finance practice groups of important Multinational and Mexican law firms and in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Pablo Arellano specializes in Corporate Law, including M&A, as well as in Real Estate and Banking, and Finance. His professional practice focuses mainly on advising foreign and domestic clients in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, general corporate and commercial matters, compliance in foreign investment and regulatory matters, and coordinating corporate due diligences. Likewise, Diego advises foreign and domestic clients in structuring real estate trusts, purchase and sale, and lease agreements, and in the structuring and implementation of finance transactions. He has participated and led different projects involving the purchase, sale, and development of real estate and finance transactions.
