Carin Carithers advises clients on executive compensation, employee benefits, and share incentives, tax, and pensions matters.

Carin Carithers works hand-in-hand with members of the Hogan Lovells Corporate & Finance practice group and the firm's clients' human resource professionals to ensure that issues related to executives, employees, and employee benefits are carefully considered and negotiated in the transaction.

Carin provides practical advice in an area that is complex and constantly evolving. In addition to her work supporting the firm's M&A activities, Carin routinely advises clients on the implementation of tax-qualified, non-tax qualified, welfare benefit, and equity compensation plans. Additionally, she works with clients to negotiate employment and severance agreements and change-in-control bonus arrangements.
