Cameron Koziskie

Cameron’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on private asset management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions across various industries, including financial services.

Cameron has deep experience in private equity and private M&A transactions, including investments and exits by private equity funds, pension funds and strategic parties in a wide range of industries. He is also experienced with shareholder agreements and commercial contracts in complex transactions.

In his private asset management practice, Cameron regularly assists clients to establish their asset management programs and platforms. In addition, Cameron has also been involved with numerous private equity fund formation transactions, acting regularly for fund sponsors launching a fund or pension plans and other institutional investors in their investments into funds.
