Camden Betz has advised developers, private equity firms, investors, colleges and universities, municipalities, and healthcare systems in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions worth a total of more than $4 billion.

Camden counsels on the financing, acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and management of commercial properties. He has substantial experience with hotels, shopping centers, multifamily developments, office buildings, educational facilities, master planned communities, and mixed-use projects. He also regularly represents tenants and landlords in the negotiation of retail, general office, medical office, lab, industrial, warehouse, and ground leases.

In addition, Camden is an LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a distinction awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council to professionals with advanced knowledge in green building practices.
