Career
Caitlin is an associate who joined Leigh Day in July 2017, handling and assisting senior solicitors in the department with complex and high value personal injury claims arising from accidents occurring abroad.
Caitlin deals exclusively with cases with a foreign element, in particular, the application of foreign law and jurisdictional disputes. Caitlin’s cases concern accidents at tourist properties, road traffic accidents overseas, accidents at work, and aviation and maritime matters.
Caitlin has a special interest in cross-border sexual abuse matters.
