C. Jean Fontaine

Jean Fontaine is a partner and member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency Groups. His practice focuses principally on the areas of restructuring & insolvency, and shareholders disputes.

Jean has been involved in numerous cases where he either acted for the Defense or for the Plaintiff. Among other clients, he represents financial institutions, trustees and public companies.

He is a member of the Montréal office’s Management Committee. As such, he is actively involved in all management areas of the office, including strategic orientations. He is also a member of the Montréal office’s Business Development and Gender Balance Initiative Committees.
