Bruce W Merwin

Bruce has more than 40 years of experience working on all types of complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on design and construction-related transactions, including LEED projects involving office buildings, medical buildings, retail and condominium developments, industrial projects (including rail agreements), land development projects, power plants, and the purchase and sale of unimproved and improved property and commercial leases. He also has substantial experience working with developers of multi-family projects, including mixed-use projects. Bruce has worked on more than 250 design (architects and consultants) and construction contracts representing developers on commercial projects during the past two years.
