Brian Rosenzweig is Co-Chair of Covington’s Securities & Capital Markets Practice. He represents domestic and foreign private and public companies in the life sciences and technology industries as well as the investment banks and venture capital funds that focus on these industries. Brian practices corporate and securities law with an emphasis on capital-raising transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and de-SPAC transactions. Brian also regularly advises boards and management on SEC reporting, corporate governance issues and general corporate matters.
