Brett Beter

Brett Beter is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He is a member of the Construction, Healthcare, Gaming, and Sports & Entertainment industry teams and a member of the firm’s offshore wind initiative.

Brett represents publicly traded and private buyers and sellers in connection with a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; joint ventures; reorganizations; changes of ownership; and other complex matters that often involve multiple parties. In addition, he advises clients on a range of day-to-day corporate governance matters.
