Breno leads relevant lawsuits regarding services tax and federal taxes, involving the main topics under discussion in Brazil. He is also at the forefront of innovative thesis and projects involving the technology for the monitoring of case law, awarded by other rankings, and public policies, due to his involvement in relevant academic research at FGV and Insper, in which he is also a Professor. In the tax advisory sphere, he is highly recognized for his work on social security issues, involving the efficient structuring of compensation programs from a labor and tax perspective.
