Career

More than 15 years of experience in Labour Law, notably advising companies of all sizes on day-to-day and large-scale or sensitive labour issues. For over 14 years, Alessandra has been a university professor of Labour Law, both at undergraduate and graduate levels. Her teaching experience, added to her academic background (she holds a Phd), gives her a deep theoretical and practical basis to propose creative and responsible solutions to the problems faced by clients. Author of the book “Collective bargaining and the right to strike in the light of Law and Economics” (title translated from portuguese), released in 2022, and more than 50 scientific articles in Labour Law on various topics, such as: freedom of association, trade unionism, collective bargaining, Law and Economics, gender equality, and changes in Brazilian legislation on labour relations.
