Brendan K. Collins is the Practice Leader of Ballard Spahr’s Manufacturing Group. He is an environmental lawyer who represents clients in the electric power sector and oil and gas industry. He has litigated civil, criminal, and administrative matters in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He advises clients on permitting issues, regulatory matters, and government and regulatory affairs. His noteworthy litigation includes EPA v EME Homer City Generation LP (U.S. Supreme Ct.) and White Stallion Energy Center LLC v EPA (D.C. Cir.).
