Paulo has LL.B./J.D., LL.M. and Ph.D. Degrees in Law and is a triple-qualified lawyer: UAE (Dubai), EU (Portugal) and Brazil (RJ & MG). Clients leverage his broad project development skills, from the planning and structuring phase (finance, tax, corporate, regulatory and labor planning) through implementation and divestment phases, mainly in the sectors of energy (oil & gas, power and hydrogen); infrastructure (construction & engineering); mining; and industrial (pharmaceutical and agroindustrial).
