Ms. Bergman has also advised clients on media and investor relations surrounding special situations such as ESG-related issues, cyber attacks, product recalls, whistleblower actions and FCPA and other regulatory investigations.

She is ranked by Chambers and Partners as a top litigation support and crisis communications professional, was selected as one of the Lawdragon Global 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting from 2021 – 2026 and named a top crisis advisor by Business Insider in 2020.

Prior to co-founding Reevemark, Brandy was a Managing Director at Sard Verbinnen (now FGS Global). Before joining Sard Verbinnen in 1997, Brandy was a senior assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. During her five years as a prosecutor, Brandy was responsible for investigating and prosecuting crimes ranging from embezzlement to homicide.

Brandy holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
