Brandy Bergman

Brandy has spent over 20 years advising public and private companies, high-profile individuals, professional services firms, and non-profit and educational organizations around complex communications issues.

Throughout her career in public relations, Brandy has focused her attention on a variety of strategic communication issues including litigation, crisis and reputation management, M&A, defense planning and proxy fights, executive transitions, and corporate positioning. Brandy also has advised clients on media and investor relations surrounding special situations such as FCPA and other regulatory investigations, cyberattacks, earnings warnings, and product recalls.

She is ranked by Chambers and Partners as a top litigation support and crisis communications professional, selected as one of the Lawdragon Global 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting from 2021 – 2024 and named a top crisis advisor by Business Insider in 2020.

Prior to co-founding Reevemark, Brandy was a Managing Director at Sard Verbinnen. Before joining Sard Verbinnen in 1997, Brandy was a senior assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. During her five years as a prosecutor, Brandy was responsible for investigating and prosecuting crimes ranging from embezzlement to homicide.

Brandy holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
