Renee Soto

Renée Soto has been a trusted communications advisor to organizations facing complex business and legal challenges for 20 years. Her practice includes reputation management and issues advocacy programs for companies facing reputational crises, regulatory investigations, and other sensitive matters. Over the course of her career, she has developed and executed strategic communications programs for transformational corporate transactions, shareholder activism campaigns, high-stakes litigation, executive transitions, corporate crises, and other special situations.

Renée was selected as one of Lawdragon’s Global 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting from 2021-2026. She is a NACD Certified Corporate Director and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Domo Inc. (Nasdaq: DOMO)

Prior to co-founding Reevemark, Ms. Soto was a Managing Director and Partner at Sard Verbinnen & Co., a strategic communications firm she joined in 2005.

Ms. Soto began her career as a lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, where she worked on M&A and securities transactions. She received an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review.
