Brad Dixon is a senior partner practising in the areas of commercial litigation and class action defence. He represents clients in various types of actions, including consumer law claims, competition law issues, product liability, and securities claims. With more than 25 years of experience in defence of class actions, Brad has successfully defended numerous Canadian and multinational companies in certification applications, appeals and common issues trials. He has appeared in the courts of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories, achieving precedent- setting results and is widely recognized by clients and peers as a leading counsel.
