Bibek Pandey

Bibek Pandey, a partner in Goodwin’s ERISA and Executive Compensation practice, has extensive experience advising private fund sponsors, asset managers and other financial service providers, including start-ups, on a range of matters relating to the investment of both private and public employee benefit capital. His practice focuses on private equity, real estate and other investment funds, general asset management, public plan investments, prohibited transaction exemptions, specialty investments, such as cryptocurrency and ESG, and government investigations. He is well-versed in capital markets matters, including prime brokerage, swaps and other derivatives. His clients routinely remark upon his ability to translate complex issues into readily understandable language and offer practical, business-focused guidance.

Earlier in his career, Bibek also advised financial institutions on international economic sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption laws and filings with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
