Benjamin Weber has experience in a broad range of commercial real estate, corporate finance and private and public securities transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, corporate and partnership restructurings, securitizations, financings, private equity investments and public and private offerings of debt and equity.

Clients include: AIG; bp America; British Airways; Brown Brothers Harriman; Cadillac Fairview; Cole Real Estate Investments; Delaware Life Insurance Company; Forest City Realty Trust; GF Investments; Global Container Terminals; Goldman Sachs; Jujamcyn Theaters; Lazard; Manhattan Mini Storage; Moore Capital; Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan; Vornado Realty Trust; Wells Fargo Bank; and Winter Properties. He also regularly advises family office clients, including the Ackman, Glick, Hays, Heyman, Hotung, Kirsch and Tudor-Jones families, among others.
