Career

Beat Kühni is a partner and an expert in corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital, real estate, banking and finance, as well as commercial and contracts. He leads the firm’s Real Estate group and is team leader of the Commercial and Contracts group based in Zurich. Beat is also a standing member of several chapters of the Swiss Private Equity and Corporate Finance Association (SECA) and chairs the standing working groups responsible for SECA's VC/PE Model Documentation.
